i was cleaning out Refugium and found a few of these they look like centipedes they are bright orange on both ends and darker in middle sry bad pict white bowl and flash does not work to well thanks guys
Look closly and touch them with a pencil.
if they sprout little white spears they are bristleworms.
If you have a wrasse they might find them tasty. But most fish will not eat them
due to the firberglass like spears. They will clean up for you in a small way, and grow quite
large eventually. I would get rid of them before they have babies ! Some time s they have a huge litter and can
cause devastating problems if left un checked.
I generally find that bristleworms are a great detrivores and have never had a problem with them in my tanks. You can get a population explosion if you are overfeeding.
