I have a 24g nano and I use the walmart brand sub heater. I have a visatherm in another tank and I sadly perfer the walmart brand. Be careful when adding the heater, the small nano tanks run hot anyway about 80F when the lights are on.

poppin_fresh is on a distinguished road
I only needed a 25w Hydor Theo on my tank to maintain. I have to admit though, I did not like having to trust the dial on the top of the heater. More often than not, hobby heaters are very innacurate at hitting what they are set at.
