I was just wondering I have a few corals in my tank and im putting phytoplex in my tank i have some mushrooms 2 frog spawns metallic stars and some pink tree looking thing that i dont even rember what its called but it is surviving under my compact Ive had it for a long time. Should I be putting anything else in the tank to feed these i also have some polyps.
My frogspawn will take small bits of meaty food, and depending on what polyps you have, they may as well. It's not necessary, strictly speaking, but it can help them grow a bit faster. The rest of your corals don't require feeding as such.
You're probably OK at this time. I feed my tank a product called Coral Vibrance twice a week. My SPS corals, Leather, Gorgonia, Palys, clams and Zoanthids are thriving. It takes more than food to accomplish this but, I think the Coral Vibrance is playing an important role, too.
Here's a link to it on my site - Coral Vibrance - for future reference.
