agreed.. a new tank is the safest option.
the only way to get the
copper out, is to remove the silicone, and reseal the tank. this is not recommended unless you are truley a professional.
the cost of a new tank will me much less than the possible losses you could enfure if you try to use this tank. either loss of life from remaining
copper, or the tank breaking if you try to reseal it.
i would get a new tank..
