Hello! My name is Phil. I'm a 51 year old reefer in Jefferson City, MO. Any of you that frequent Reef Central, Fishheads, Salt-City or The Reef Tank will recognize my nickname.
I have a 180 gallon SPS exclusive reef. I have a 55 gallon
fuge, and 2 20 gallon
sumps. I run a calcium reactor, I drip
kalk, run a 1/3 hp Prime Current Chilling Tower. I have 2 closed loops, Sequence 1000 5,000
gph and a Mag 36, 3,600
gph and a Mag 12 return pump. I burn 3 X 250 w SE XM 10 K halides with 2 X 6' URI Super
Actinic supplementation. I run a reverse
photo period in my
fuge with cheato to balance my
pH.
I began in this hobby Christmas morning 1963.....I went to saltwater in November 2002. I can't imagine a better hobby! I just recently found Rob's podcast on iTunes.....I had to participate! Thanks for looking! Click on the thumbnails!
