Lots of reasons! There's a beach, and it's abandoned in May. And you can surf there. And people speak slowly and are waaaaaay nicer than Parisians. And I'm going to be able to stay with the family that I stayed with when I was there in 2006! =)

He was actually a Paresian transplant, kind of stuck out like a sore thumb. I love Nice, the people are sooo much friendlier than in Paris. I think my favorite place is Biarritz though. I would kill to go back for a couple weeks.
