I cleaned the tank, the glass looks good and I took out all thew old dirty sand and put fresh new live sand. I checked the paremeters and the all check out good. Do i add the live rock first then the water, or the water first then the rock??

I was wondering if you have any experience with the R1C1 macro ringflash for your 105mm Nikkor? Do you use any strobes when shooting macros or just available light? We need to start up a thread on "Shooting Macros" in the Photography forum... it should be fun! Take care!
