My wife and I had a 65g built into the wall for a few years, unfortunately last week on Friday the front of the tank started to leak. We ended up - upgrading to a 75 gal since the price difference was 10.00. Too bad the 90gal wasn't in stock
. The stand building and emptying of the old reef tank went nice and smooth.
I ended up building the stand and setting it on the outside of the wall, now I have more room in the closet to maneuver around. I plan on adding my first
sump to it in a few months. The stand still needs to be stained, because we had to switch everything over right away. All in all we started at 9am and finished at 3am the next morning.
I have a custom built
HOB Fuge that holds approx 8 gallons that I use for my macro's algae and pods population. I added a #3 Hydro Koralia with my existing rios and I have been very happy with the current. We have one 250w 10k
