I love your photography skills! The tank looks great. Do your clownfish ever bicker with eachother?
thank you, wish i had a better camera.
One of them is is "bossing" the others a bit sometimes, guess she is the leder of the clan. I think the surgeons keep them quiet if they get too much of a pain in the butt.
Then again they are only about a year old, guess there will be more of that in the future. If it comes to that i will have to sell two of them or upgrade my tank to a larger (look wifey, the clowns are fighting...I need a bigger tank ).
I had 4 clowns until a few days ago, when I got rid of the most aggressive one (a tomato clown), but mine were all different species. That's why I was wondering if yours fought too, being the same.
I have 3 left, and one of them is still picked on a lot, so I'm hoping it gets better w/ a larger tank, too.
hey bud, havn't poked in your thread before. nice job!
fungi funky what?
Thx.
Yes, fungia sp. it is, a rare one (atleast over here).
This one has blueish stripes on the disc and tips under the actinics. I have never seen one like this before.
A shot of it with actinic only. It's easy to see why it ended up in my tank instead of leaving it at the LFS.

Funny, I just saw a orange Fungia for sale last week at Zoanuts under their exotic section. Never have seen one before that either... Seeing yours makes me regret not buying it!
Just posting a couple of fullview shots. Still can't get the colours right with my cam, seems my camera captures the color on the zooxathellea in the corals, and not the actual colour.
Mixing new water to change here, please don't look at the towels and stuff. Yes iknow, haven't finished the lighting setup yet, but i will in a few weeks...or months.
And a shot with only actinics. With fragbasket and everyrhing.
Those on the back are not glued on just placed a stone with some zoas against the glass and a couple of weeks later they attached, same with the xenia.
I also have some on the box in the right hand corner, i used superglue (cyanoacrylate) to those.
Thank you all for the comments.
She will be name Hanna Aina Olivia.
Aina is after my grandmom who passed away quietly this monday in her bed at home, 87 years old .
Finally got some time for an update.
A while back i noticed something bad was going on in the tank, some corals started to turn white. All tests were better than ever, so i didn't pay much attention to it. A couple of weeks went by and still not better. 3 major wterchanges were done and still not better. The last thing to do was to reclibrate the refractometer, and wow the sg was waaaay over normal, about 1.029.
Now everything is looking better again. Some of the corals did not make it, including a couple or rare ones.
