I will be home for about a month....in Boulder...so it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away! My brother and Dad are in Denver, so I'm there often as well. I'll PM you with my details!
I do have a reef-related question for you: What are you using for flow in your tank?

look forward to meeting you tonight! Ted's got some fantastic coral frags and a great selection of invertebrates! looking forward to trying out your "bulle"!
Timmy - I would try moving it a bit down in the tank in order for it to acclimate to the new lighting. I assume you're using metal halides? Ted had the corals all at the bottom, plus he had the light up higher for his display tanks.
How's the coral doing today? It'd be a pity to lose that one - it's such a beauty!
It was quite cold on Saturday evening, so maybe the coral is just a bit stressed from the transport. Give it a couple of days. Make sure there's enough flow...
I have a problem....i hope i will get an answer from somebody here. :-)
Look at these to pics! The first one is like 6 month ago and the second is taken right now.
Here come the question,......WHY is my Favia so pale!!??? I feed it.....it has enought light and all that!
It´s on the bottom sandbed....is it to far away from the light?
actually, it looks like it has good polyp expansion. Is the white actual tissue or skeleton. From the picture, it still looks like tissue. Is it still feeding? Do you see it actively feeding?
What are you parameters? How deep is your tank? What kind of lights are you using?
Are you doing the Zeovit system? Also, you might want to dose for Iron, as Iron is responsible for bringing out a lot of the green color in green corals. Are all your other parameters good (nitrates/phosphates)?
