Nice design. I don't think that stopping the flow to the fuge would allow you to treat HA. It seems to me that you would then be eliminating the nutrient export that takes place in the fuge and give the HA more food to grow on.
In search for further inspiration in preparation for designing my upcoming set up, my boys and I headed to the Falls of Ohio to see our new friend Jeremy. Just waiting on the income for the Sequence ReeFlo Dart Pump and RO/DI unit. Then my kids Grandpa will probably help me get all the plumbing we need. My youngest son had some severe medical problems over the last four months now that he has finally recovered from. It took allot out of all of us. Hopefully we can get this project filled with water in the next month or two. Thanks again for the pictures Josh they are very motivating to get ours up and running soon.
Water filtration unit is in bond now, hope to get the Sequence ReeFlo Dart Pump ordered in two week's or so. Then it will be plumbing time with my boys Grandpa whom is a pro. pipe fitter for the last 35 yrs. , yet he scratches his head when I talk spa flex into pvc ... :-) Thank you for the pod cast's they have been very help full in my research. Also the Louisville Marine Aquatic Society which has been very help full in educating me on how to set this all up, to say the least. :-)
