hey guys, i finally got some pictures up, this is my 75g reef. it was up and running jan 06. all i got are frags right now so its not so interesting. ill post more later as things grow out.

You have a great looking tank! I love seeing how people et up their sumps. How are you getting the water from your sump back to the tank? From the picture it looks like you are pumping water from the refugium to the tank. Is that correct or do you have another compartment that the water flows into before its pumped back into the tank?

i have a return pump in thel corner of the refugium. another compartment is better but due to the lack to space i just made a compartment big enough to fit the pump.
what i learned here is if you dont have another section where the water can flow into you can get surface protien problem. it doesnt bother me much though since its only in my refugium.
