I think it is looking really good. I like the "room" effect of the aquascape.

It's looking great Steve. I just can't help it...I love the look of a sandbed in a tank.

Small update since adding the DSB.
Flatworms I see them mostly on the glass at the SB some on the LR but not the coral (yet).

"hydrozoan jellyfish" or "Obelia" Not sure what to do with these, there's not a lot of info on them I've seen about six. also in the photo is a bunch of white mysis and / or pods

I got Plankton so wheres Sponge Bob and Patrick?

I just added a Lawnmower or Sailfin / Algae Blenny To help out with the HA Brings my total fish to two.

From what I've read the flatworms will come and go with the copepod population which is there only food source.

As for the "hydrozoan jellyfish" or "Obelia" the more I read about them the more I believe they should be pulled out before they release eggs

This is from wetweb media. I cant find the link right now I'll have to post it later.
I'm still not seeing any on the coral just some of the LR and where the sand bed meets the glass.
Anyone have more info on these guys?

Red face

OMG I've been gone for so long I feel like a NOOB (thanks to the job).
The Nano has been through a few changes. The lights went past there prime and the macro algae went nuts as did the hair algae which caused a bail out with my shrooms and a regression in the button polyps. The bulbs have been replaced. And I have been harvesting algae biweekly. It looks like the tank is turning the corner. New Pics coming soon

Note that they are dead and crispy so their coloring may look off.

*squints at the pics* I can't quite make them out. Do your flatworms have this shape to them?

If yes, you won't really have to worry about them smothering your coral.... that's not the type of worm they are.
