Yes, but a lot depends on you and how you take care of the tank as a whole.
What books do you have about reef keeping???

to tell you the truth, i don't know about the sturdiness of that container you have to take into account everything thats going in there, (im assuming you want LR, sand and Macro algae??) Thats alot of weight and it almost looks like that container is already starting to bend without anything in it. It may be more beneficial to get a container that is alot thicker than that one.
OR if your intent is to use that one, which i would do with the baffle already in it, you could build a word structure on the outside of the container, that will fit the container perfectly. This could take alot of the stress off of the container and put it on the wood structure itself.
But if this is not an ideal direction to go on, just start off fresh with a brand new THICK container.
hey guys thanks im not reading any books right now i use google and i have 12 pages of notes in my journal i might get a bigger container but is THE VIAAQUA pumps any good they don't use any oil so yeah and is 2 baffles enough?

don't know about the pump, but the baffles are based on how many section you want to have, beit a section for LR, another for macro algae etc... if oyu only want 3 sections, 2 is fine.
In my opinion there is no distinct guideline to the blueprint of a sump or fuge, and like the person making the system, each sump/fuge is unique. So if you feel you'd like another section for this, and another one for that, go for it.

That's what I thought. We're happy to answer your questions and we're glad you are researching information on google however much basic information is available in books and they're less time consuming than searching through google's many thousands of hits per subject.
I recommend, "The Conscientious Marine Aquarist" by Robert Fenner, "The Reef Aquarium" by Julian Sprung and Charles Delbeck, "The New Marine Aquarium" by Michael Paletta, "Reef Invertebrates" by Anthony Calfo and Robert Fenner and "Natural Reef Aquariums" by John Tullick. Any one of these books will have the information you need to get started in a concise format, easy and fun to read and always at your finger tips for reference.
Good books are not expensive! They are an investment well worth the money spent and time to read. They will save you hundreds of dollars in the long run.
I own all five of the above and many more and I've been in the hobby 59 years. My point being there's far too much information needed for one brain to hold and recall when needed. I'll bet the very people your asking questions of here have a library of marine aquarium related books. The best investment you can make in this hobby is starting a library.
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.

very true, to give you an idea i've been into this hobby for about six or so months, and have a collection of about 30 books, each one of them still useful to me (i do like to read). And those are general SW books, i have about 30 more species specific books, which are probably my favorite, cuz i can look up some info on one species instead of going through a book not based on it.
But yes, like amp said BOOKS, BOOKS, AND MORE BOOKS :P
