Sumps are acually suprisingly expensive to add to a tank. (at least I thought so) I built mine myself, but I still ended up spending a couple of hundred of dollars for everything I needed.
That includes pumps and overflow boxes, plumbing, 20 gallon tank, scwd, etc.
