i have had cyno on my substrate for ever, i suck it out and it comes back two days later.
i have a 55 gallon reef tank w/ 50 lbs
lr,
hob cpr bakpak producing a cup of wet skim a day and a aqua clear 110 for running carbon and throw-away partical filters.
3 clowns, 1 royal gramma, 1 chromis and a lawn mower blenny.
also xenia, frogspawn,
gsp, duncan, leather and some
shrooms
this tank has been running for a year plus, with all levels testing 0 except
nitrate-15.
i do 5 gallon per week water changes, and i feed lite.
my sand bed is 2" i siphon it rarely and i feel its got alot of
detritus built up in it.
is not doing sand bed husbandry the cause of the cyno?
my flow is 2 korilla 4's
the cyno only appears in the middle front of the tank on the substrate.
