Micro algae and seagrass lighting

I have started collecting various macro algae's and seagrass. I'm setting up a tank specifically for macro algae and seagrass, I would like to know how much and what type of light is needed?
Please excuse me if this question has already been asked before. And if someone reads this thread that has macro algae or seagrass they want to get rid of or sell please let me know.

I grow mine in my sump/fuge under a twisty CF bulb in an aluminum reflector. I have caulerpa and cheato that I would be happy to send you. Probably best to wait until the weather is warmer though.

It is a 23 watt Sylvania 5K bulb. I think it was marketed as a plant light. It probably came from one of the big box hardware stores but I don't remember for sure.

Remind me about getting you some once the weather breaks.

In my own research, sea grasses need;
A very deep sand bed
Moderate to heavy flow
And good strong plant spectrum lighting.

My last tank was going to be a sea grass tank but I tried for a year to get sea grasses and could not get any this far inland. I don’t know how it ships during the seasons that it is in stock on most on line stores. I know that if I could get some now I would grow it at the store i work at so those of us in the mid west could have an easier time getting them. I do have a wide range of macros that sometimes seem hard to get and grow them without trouble. I will help you in anyway that I can jest ask.
