Back when I was even more of a newbie than I am now, I got a green open brain (Trachyphyllia) ??
I had this first in my 24g aquapod with
pc lights, which then became a 40g breeder, which is now a 75g with 4x54w
T5's. The brain shriveled a bit when I switched to the 75g, which I assume was because of the light change. It seems to be doing better now but it seems to pulsate now allot more than I ever notice before. Does this mean that it's healthy? I feed it a few pieces of mysis once a week so it does accept food. I just want to make sure I don't need to get a clamp on
Metal Halide lamp for additional light.
Second question is placement of frogspawn. I seem to read different things regarding placement. I have it in the sandbed now and it seems ok, but does it need more light than my
T5's can give it at the bottom of the tank?
I have included a couple of pictures. one of each of the corals and a
FTS just to make sure no one see anything else taht I need to adjust
Thanks for any help
Mark
