Look reality is unless you get him/her on the opperating table & examine him/her alot closer its like clutching at straws & taking pot shots or an educated guesses based on info provided.
Last but not least, If he lives in an anem, considering how much & how little we actually know definativly about the relationships, if an anem continues to sting they may very well suffer in the same way we humans do - toxic shock! - Even though more often than not a white streak is visable when they sting the body bad enough in my experiences.
I found my new occelaris clown being eaten by my cleaner shrimp. I didnt think that the shrimp was that aggressive. I dont really know why he died. He was eating well, and my tank params are good when i checked them this morning. It just make me really sad as that was my first fish 
icon under their name to add to their reputation. 
I acclimated him over the course of an hour using the drip method. Also he did not seem to have any spots or anything on him last night while i watched him swim before I went to bed. Everything seemed fine. That is what made it kind of discouraging. I wll wait a week or so for another fish. Hopefully all is well in the tank until then. My corals seem to be doing well and the crabs, snails and shrimp seem to be doing well.
