Rob, I took in your phyto podcast and as you know I have started cultures. The only problem is I am producing 2 gallons of phyto a week and using 2 cups! I guess I need to raise rotifers and brine so i have something to feed! How long does it store in the refrigerator?
it should store fine in the fridge for a month or two, (i never stored longer than that)
you can give it away to your LFS, or to other hobbyists in your area.
other than that you can try only filling your bottles half way to reduce your output
