well, seeing that my last thread went so well (not), I figured that I'd ask another question. Which is the brand of magnet you use and which is the best( in your opinion). I am in the middle with algae free (piranha) or the tunze. But I dont think the tunze floats or is as strong. whatcha think?
A-hole A-hole, whatcha goina do, whatcha goina do when i step on u!
hey hey, sausage about that, was singing to myself when i saw u left the door open, hello ghost, u seem to be having transparent issues. well thats something we shall have to remedy. i will seek u out & answer the most questions i can for u ok! as for the magnets, i have no idea cause u live on a different continent, but i''ll see what my friend link man can find out! if u will be so kind as to wait aliitle while longer, the crowd will return, with it comes a flood of information u would deem satisfactory. *in my best southern accent* u all come back now u here!
MIGHTY MAGNETS is my favorite. lots of assessories availabe, like internal scratch removal kit, calcareus cutter, plastic blades, and handsome carry case.
I am going to have to look into the might magnets. Do they have an attachment that will clean the corners well? My mag doesn't do real well on the corners of the glass.....
no corner thingy yet, but the replaceable pads are oversized so i have no problems cleaning corners. i developed a technique to flip the magnet around a corner. they are so strong that you can actually turn that corner with brute mangnetic strenth.
Ive been using the magfloat for a long time and noticed that bryopsis sprouts from under the pad easily. so I've been researching others, but noticing the price, I wanted to see if there really is a difference. A hole or not, it is still a question?! Not my fault your living on the wrong side of the pond! jeez.
