Question goby question

i have a 50 gallon tank with a 55 gallon sump. im running a 3 inch deep sand bed. i have 45 lbs of liverock in the tank. litteraly hundreds of caves and thousands of hiding places. tank inhabitants include 1 strawberry dottyback, 2 mated percula clown fish, 1 green clown goby ,1 emerald crab, and a basic clean up crew. i would like to add a twin spot goby as a sand sifter, but i dont know if it will get along with my green clown goby. i say this cause everywhere says not to put gobies together. i want a sand sifting animal, but i dont trust ANY starfish so thats not an option. i really like the looks of the twin spot, but im open to suggestions. thanks all.

I have a coral goby and a yellow watchman goby, I have never had a problem or even seen an issue. The watchman stays in his holes almost all the time, watching...waiting...food! GO! I would imagine you would be fine. You may want to look into a watchman (many different species) and a pistol shrimp. They live in a symbiotic relationship with one another, very fun to watch.

I have 2 yellow clown gobies and an orange spot goby. The clowns stay up in the coral, and the orange spot stays down on the sand. No issues at all.

I think I've read of people buying them individually and letting them pair on their own.

buying a "pair" is a total rip off. They survive in the wild by finding one another and should find eachother within a few mins...mine did
