I think most CBBs are WELL into starvation when they get to our tanks. I have read that a lot of wholesalers intentionally starve fish to keep them from "polluting" the shipping water. My theory is that this CBBs just dont tolerate this?
That may well be. I think they don't tollerate stress very well either. The owner of the LFS (who is a great guy) said he' let me kknow when they got one in he knew was eating for my replacement.
