Reccomend Tank Mates?
Hi Guys.
I'm after some advice about suitable tank mates to add to my 200G mixed reef tank.
I currently have a pair of breeding banggai cardinals ( babies are removed and nurtured seperately, reason below!)
A pair of Blue Throat Triggers
A juvenille Emperor Angel
A juvenille Zebra Lion
A juvenille Volitans Lion
The centre piece(s) ultimately of my tank are intended to be the Volitans and the Emperor.
Thanks

The cardinals will be eaten by the volitans when large enough. The angel will nip at the corals depending on what you keep.

A
mated pair of Blue Throat Triggers? Or are they a social species and get along because of the tank size?
A nice size Harlequin Tusk would make an excellent addition. At the same time you could add a Bicolor Foxface or Foxface Lo.That way not all the attention is on just one new addition.
Make an educated choice, and have fun !I know I would with a 200g!!
Larry.

Hi All,
Check out this handy chart:
Vivid Aquariums - Fish Compatibility Chart
(This is not a cheap ad for them, and I do not work there....)

Thats a really useful chart Tech.
Although I'm not too fond of my volitans now after he stung me during feeding time tonight.
Wish it was the angel that came to see what I was doing

Yikes. Souinds painful. Really watch that.... depending on the type of lion, it could be VERY serious! If you get major swelling go to the Dr!!
