Lightbulb Biocube Refugium

I came up with revolutionary idea for the biocube refugium dilema no actually it's genius but in order to make it I need to know what i should you to cement acrylicpieces together, also cure time and such details if possible. Are some cements toxic? Do I need to silicon over the cement to finish sealing it off?

you need to buy Weld-On cement to glue acrylic. It is inert once cured, so it wont harm anything. The cure time depends on the model of cement you buy. Some cure in minutes, others take longer.

Heres a good link. About 1/2 way down there is a lot of tips for working with acrylics, including cements.
