Help with a stand / canopy

So here I am, about to get my tank, and I have no idea what im going to be doing for a stand or a canopy. I'm looking for pretty easy to follow plans, as i've never done anything of this magnatude before! I also know absolutely nothing about plumbing =/
So any tips or links would be great!

i'm still looking around for a canopy plan i like the look of. might be worth keeping an eye on my progress in my tank journal, if you can't find any plans. (if you find one you like, could you post a link to it in my tank journal? thanks
