I got prepared Wednesday for the 6-12 inches of predicted snow by getting the snow thrower out of the shed and gassed up and checked to make sure everything was in order. Well, we've got nuttin except rain - very wierd.
But it's definitely cooler in the basement where the tank is - I think the heaters kicked on in the tank for the first time since last April - so I guess it's cool outside.
Some Lake effect snow predicted for the weekend - we'll see. It's the ones the forecasters take lightly that bombard us with snow. I like the change of seasons and cooler/colder weather.
You can always put on an extra layer in the winter to keep warm but there's only so many layers you can take off in the summer.
It was bad here on Thursday, went to work and it was almost 80 and then left to go home and it was in the 50s. Temp dropped 22 degrees in less than 2 hours. But it sure beats the winters I used to endure in Detroit.
OK so i went to new york or the weekend for alittle R&R. I thought it would cold there which it wasn't so i thought whatever it will get cold and i will be happy, well it didn't today was alittle cold but nothing that attracts me. I came back to Ohio today and sure enuff its around 30-31 degrees right now. Im a happy camper...
