hey folks..
well as im sure some of you know i keep myself over booked with various things.
one of my other things besides talkingreef is a business i run, and this business is going to be needing my attention of the next few days. so from now till late next week i will be working on that, and prepping for a series of podcast episodes that i have planned
i will continue to poke in on the forums through the day, but probably wont be posting as much as normal.
will be checking PMs, so if anything is needed, feel free to IM me or PM me

I'm great! Woke up early, couldn't get back to sleep, thought I'd come stare at the tank and watch coral grow. Got 8 small corals yesterday from a grower here in FL.
A purple Monti cap
2 frog spawn
A frilly shroom
a Digitata
An Acro
A bright yellow Monti with purple polyps
An encrusting coral of some type (probably take over the tank)

sounds exciting Amphibious. your tank has been inspirational thus far, keep up the good work. i find it harder to sleep myself as i grow older......well, tonight don't count because of the fireworks since i live by the beach.
Thanks fat walrus. When I wake-up early (5am) and can't get back to sleep I come into the computer room and read e-mails, come on TR, turn on the actinics to view the tank and then around 7am go back to bed and drift off again for an hour or two.

Yes, fireworks are legal in the states. It varies from state to state with most restricting the public to mini fireworks while the municipalities put on the big public displays.
NASA's going to have a display of their own if the weather cooperates. A shuttle launch is scheduled for sometime today. It's an awsome sight and feeling. That firecracker shakes the ground you stand on when they light the fuse.

heck no. not where i'm at. just can't stop them though. some stuff is crazy........like M200s that is a quarter stick of dynamite! oh yeah, aussies can't do fractions....that is .25 stick of dynamite.
Oh, I'm not so sure about that. veriann sounds fractional now and then.

fantastic. Amphibious will devise the best way to lob a M200 into veriann's house. remember: it is .25 stick of dynamite! that can FRACTIONATE your home. lesson learned yet?
