seeing how successful the thread started by wwest about our user names and the amount that so many members learn about each other........it seems the next question would be to tell about our avatars. i'll start off with mine..........i was searching for walrus pictures but could not find one i was happy with. my wife found the picture i am currently using and put it into my profile after i had fallen asleep at the computer. did she choose correctly?
My Avatar was a picture taken when I was 16 at Great Adventures. Everyone tells me its the best photograph that I ever took and I love the old gangster style so I thought it fit me.

deep in a russian underground compound on a computer i was *cough......accessing via a aloha trogen* at the time i found this file on a personal dirrectory! i liked it so much i grabbed it! (as blubber calls it...broke crappywrite laws)
but it sums my character up to a tee!
noble & just but with a hint of kickass power & mystery element
Thirty years ago I asked a graphic artist friend of mine to come up with a new logo for my business. He asked me a bunch of questions, one of which was, "What's your favorite fish?". I answered, the Moorish Idol. My avatar is a small version of what he came up with. I've used it or a variation ever since. If you've been to my web site you've seen the current version I'm using. Here it is.......
I still have his original art work.

Mine is my emperor angel, god rest his sole. I lost him last Thursday
He was maturing into an adult and wasn't eating coral. Got stuck in a rock and perished.
When I designed our house three years ago, I decided to personalize our pool by having my current business logo (see post above) made into a mosaic and placed on the bottom of the pool. Here's a pic I took today of how it turned out.
Come on down, the water's fine.

Well, my neighbor thinks I look like Mr. Incredible. Although most people tell me (I swear I have heard it 1000 times) I look like Drew Carey. Maybe I should change it to a photo of him!
