Hahaha, Well of course. Any of TR friends that find themselves in FL are welcome to stop by for a few days of RR. You can go "splish splash" in the pool, we'll BBQ on the grill and tip a coolie together.

That shot of the pool was taken before we moved in. We now have patio furniture, plants and a mermaid by the pool. I'd post a pic of the mermaid but don't want to cause a stir amoung'st those that oppose bare breasted artwork. Oh my, what's that over their? My sister-in-law actually asked me to put a bikini top on her when her and the family came. Her reason was, because her teenage son David (13) was beginning to notice "those kind of things". I said to her, "Thank God he is". Reluctantly, we covered her. David and I were on the patio alone and I asked him, "What do you think of our Mermaid"? He asked, "Why does she have a bikini on"? I told him his mother insisted. He did this !!! My wife and I decided no more bikini top for the Mermaid.

I did offer an invite in the post above. That was serious. If you are coming to FL gives us a shout and stop by. Hey, I got an idea, I could host the very first TR sponsored frag trading, coolie swigging, BBQing pool party. How does that sound, Rob?

Sounds like a plan to me . My 17 year old, who has only had his license a month, told me last night that he thought he'd jump in the car and run down to Miami to see a friend. Miami is probably 900 miles from Raleigh. Talk about testing the boundaries!!! My husband is away on a business trip and so I had to be the bearer of bad news, "NO way Jose!"

I know it seems as if I just 'dissapeared' and well.. I sort of did. In any case, a dollar short...day late..but I'm getting back to my posts.

No.. I have no problems with cold weather Veriann. Koi and goldfish are "cold fish" originating from areas that do, in fact, get below freezing. My pond is 3 feet deep and when the weather gets below 50F, the fish go into a hibernation or suspended animation. They do not eat, and merely hover at the bottom of the pond and wait for Spring. I've never lost a fish in the pond. I've lost fish OUT OF THE POND to birds, snakes etc. but they always winter over.

The poor frogs...do not! Blech!
