It was funny, when we were on vacation the fish sitter came over one day before the lights came on. She called my up and was in a tizzy because my fish was dying. I told her he was probably sleeping but she didn't really believe me. Until she was at our house later the next day and he was just fine!
Reaching my 70th BD, I realize that I cannot help but grow old. However, I refuse to grow up!!! My wife would tell you, "He may be 70 but, He's going on 17". Life is wonderful with a woman like that.
i had a friend of mine think my six line wrass had died one day because he seen it sleeping in its slime coating, he said " your fish is dead, and it has got mold growing on it already." i told him stop lying and he got mad at me for not believing him. he made such a big deal over it so i went over to look just to satisfy him. he pointed out the sleeping six line nestled deep in the rocks and all i could do is look at him and i bust out laughing! boy did he get even madder! he could not understand why i was laughing at him! once i told him why i was laughing and that the "mold" was the sixlines "protective slime bed" he looked at me and said, "I'm leaving now" and he left! which made me laugh even harder!
