It only took them two hours to relise the anemone was there. when one of the clowns whent to go inside the anemone stung him. then the other one tride it and the same thing happend. They did it for about 2 days then stoped and icnored it . and now there near the heater. And now im going crazy because i want my clown fish to go in the anemone. Dose anyone have a way to get them to like each other.

From what I've read, Maroons, Clarkiis, Skunk and Tomato clowns will host in a long tip anemone. Percula and ocellaris probably won't.
In fact, ocellaris sp. are particularly finicky. On one of the TR Podcasts (I think...) a method to atttract a clown to a host anemone is to put some food that the clown likes near, and eventually on the anemone.

I have 2 ocellaris clowns and they love my BTA,....now. It took awhile for them to become friends. How can you tell the anemone is stinging the clowns?

right to coach an animal to host inside the other animal, however food is protein, & protein is what starts the sting process on the anems to start with, so in this case where the inital take was unsuccessful, this might not be the best course of action. Theroy has it a sugar mucus is secreated to mask the protein of the fish. regardless of mechanisms used, some things can take time to develop.
I read somewhere that it can take several days for a clown's slime coat to adapt to an anemone. However some clowns wont host in anemones that are not from their local. My LFS was able to pawn off a bunch of pink tip anemones before they "found out" (a.k.a. people complained) that clowns wouldnt touch um...Anyway, research what your clowns like, what is native. It will work out much better.
Thank you all for your help. Ill wach them more.I found out what type of anemone it is a purple long tip anemone. Also when I bought them there was no anemone in the tank with them.
