Can anyone tell me if its possible to clone polyps? Or on average how fast do they spread? I bought ten on a shell about 3 months ago and to this day i have ten lol anything i can do to help the growth? thanks in advance.

Welcome WWest... If you are talking about Zoanthids, they spread somewhat qickly all depending on where they are in your tank and the water conditions.

they might be zoanthids. red top and white bottom..

yes, zoanthids will spread on there own, no need to manually propagate them by cutting.. :)
