Hey,

Had a look at this on Google and it seems fine, apparently it's calibrated at the factory mine was too and works fine. Of course you will have to calibrate it at some point done the road but cali fluid isn't that expensive. I think you'll be fine with this one.

When looking at a TDS meter look for no less than 2% accuracy full scale, a minimum 1 ppm resolution and automatic temperature compensation.
I use the HM Digital COM-100 myself, its more expensive but much more accurate. It runs about $39 most places.
