The pics of the MACNA were great Dick. My wife and I travelled to AC, but had little money to get in the event so we went to the local aquarium. The tanks had tons of baby butterfly fish. The woman there said the storms had blown them in to their traps they use. She was so nice, I could have went home with one but my tank is at it's limit. The aquarium itself was 3 stories and was very informitive. In one of the following pic's you will see and large carpet anemone right next to a LTA...i have that same combo in my tank and couldn't believe my eyes. The woman there told me they had been like that for months. Normally my anemones are seperate but of coarse when I got home they looked just like the ones in the AC Aquarium...I now have solid evidence that it is possible for these two anemones to live very close in proximity. Thank goodness. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give the aquarium a 7.5. It has potentially, but after seeing how disgusting the area was, the hookers on the street( hubba, hubba)and the overwhelming casinos I came to realize why it was the way it was. My wife says shopping was great and their breakfast buffet is unreal. Thats all I got.

It looks like you had a good time!

The really good thing about them taking the butterflies is that they won't winter over in NJ.

Thanks for the AC Aq tour. I wasn’t even aware they had one. Did you stop at the convention Center? If so you should have had me paged. We could have had lunch together. Hope to see you at the Orlando show next year.

Your wife looks transfixed at the Anemones.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a “real” working girl. You could PM a pic or two.

I have lived in so many cities it rediculous and travel use to be my favorite past time..but now I have kids so....;.when we can.....
the wife and I like to just pick up and go sometimes. I told her I wanted to see the beach one more time before it snowed and I knew it was going on but sometimes you have to pick between your own happiness and the happiness of others (plus I didn't have SH__! for money) It's about 7 hrs, through a couple of hills in PA.
She likes the end result of having a tank, but doesn't see the joy of maintaining it...lol...I guess that's a yes, sorta-kinda, maybe???
Yep,....horse's like apples didn't you know.

I never went in...didn't really have the money to. I believe the AC aquarium just pumps water straight from the ocean...kinda cool.

Can you get tickets for next year and how much, are they discounted. Also we took the kids to Disney a year ago and we stayed in a huge house right next to the park. 400 dollars for 5 days..In a full size house w/ a pool. If you are planning to go and need a place to stay better than 99.00 hotel accomd, let me know.
