unleashed, from what i can make out from your picture, Ed is actually a HONEYCOMB MORAY, not the much more common tesselata. honeycombs are very often confused with tesselata, but has a whiter and broader border between the dark spots. tesselata are found almost everywhere in the indo-pacific area, where as the honeycomb is found in the southern indonesia area to northern australia. at any rate, a honeycomb eel if indentified correctly cost three to four times the amount of a tesselata. maybe one of our aussie friends can help verify this.

im not much of an eel expert so i cant comment on those specifics..

but i am a expert of things that look cool. ;)
and both of them look awesome...

thanks for sharing...:)

i dont have any aggressive fish yet, but im in the process up setting up a 90 gallon, that will be an aggressive tank.. but wont have anything in there for a few months yet. :)
