I know that Calcium and Alkilinity have a direct effect on one another, I was wondering if there were any others... like PH and calcium ect... Does any one have an article to read about this type of thing?

Hi Cody and :welcome: to TR!
There is a definite relationship between Ca, Mg, alk and pH. This article A Simplified Guide to the Relationship Between Calcium, Alkalinity, Magnesium and pH by Randy Holmes-Farley - Reefkeeping.com (http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-06/rhf/index.php) does a good job explaining the subject.
