My Red Slime Algae is finally going away but there is some left on a rock with some Zoas on it and will that stop them from spreading? do I talk a soft tooth brush to the rock to clean it without hurting the Zoas Thanks for any help

It will inhibit the zoas, but if it's clearing up in the rest of the tank, it should clear up on the rock too. If not, the toothbrush won't hurt, but it may come right back.
