Pie Organ

So about 4 months ago I bought a pipe organ coral, it came with a couple of blueish mushrooms. But now that the pipe has grown about an 1' to 2" taller and allot more bushy. the mushrooms are now being over shadowed. I would like to move the mushrooms without taking out the coral. Is this possible i've never fraged anything before.
