I just found some Kent Marine C and Kent Garlic Xtreme tucked away in a forgotten cabinet. By my estimation, the bottles are about two years old. Is there a shelf life for these food additives? There was nothing on the label about how long they keep. Are they still good or should I just toss them?

I would guess the Marine C is OK. I'd give the garlic a nose test. If it smells OK it probably is OK. If any doubt, toss them out. It's cheaper to buy new than to replace critters.

I keep my additives in the fridge.

After further thought, I think I'm just going to toss them. Better safe than sorry. Thanks!

Probably a good idea.
