Nimble Nano Home (http://www.nimblenano.com/default.htm)

I have purchased this product and I am quite pleased at the quality that went into it's making.
I offer the link up to those who are looking for an alternative to the large clunky Mag-Float.
These fit very nicely in a nano tank and are much more pleasing to look at than the mags.
I suggest the Nimble Super Aquarium Cleaner.

Please be aware that I am not affiliated with the product.
I simply like the product and thought I would share this.

Thanks Wayne! Either now or after you have used it a bit you might consider writing a product review here Product Reviews - The Talkingreef Community (http://www.talkingreef.com/forums/product-reviews/) to share with others. This forum is often overlooked and yet could be a great resource to our community.

I just got mine last week. It took him a bit longer to ship than I expected but it did arrive. And it was so inexpensive that I wasn't worried anyway.

I was going to use mine on the 2 1/2 gallon but I dropped it into the 20 gallon on a whim. It absolutely _chewed_ thru the stubborn algae in the corner. I have some sps very close to the front glass and it's been really hard to clean. This magnet really worked well. I'm very pleased and will probably order a couple more.

Did you order the Nimble or Super Nimble?

I ordered the Super. It took exactly a week for me to get it here in Canada.
Couldn't expect it any faster than that.

Apparently he's just a school kid who had a good product and a good market.
He makes them out of his home.

Yeah Jerome makes them on his time and that means you have to wait a while sometimes but IMO the wait is worth it. My super is wearing out on the inside part and I think I need to replace the scrubbing part. It looks like a pc. of the stiffer side of a velcro will do the trick.

Yeah, I knew he was a hobbyist. LIS, I wasn't worried about it and I definitely think the magnet was worth the wait.

Carmie, here's what my receipt shows, I think it's the regular Nano. I know it's very very thin on the inside part. It slides right between the coral and the glass.

Item Name: Nimble Nano Magnet Cleaner
Quantity: 1
Total: $13.00 USD

If your reciept shows $13. than you bought he Nimble Nano Aquarium Cleaner.

For $3.00 more may I suggest the "Super" - it's even thinner and there will be more room between the glass and the coral.

Oh, I didn't read closely enough, I thought the Super was stronger.

So did I! I would have paid $3 more for the extra thin one... I probably will, when I get around to ordering more...

Thank you! The tang used to be mine. The picture was taken back when I had my 175 gallon reef.

I joined just to ask a question on this. Heh. Anyway, how is this on coralline? Compared to a mag float if you have one?

Hi Evelyn and :welcome: to TR. I haven't ordered one (yet) but everyone I know with a Nimble likes it.

It's not perfect on coralline, I haven't found anything that is, but it works about as well as my floating magnets. I pretty much live with coralline. at least on the sides and back, but that's maybe because I've never found a good way to get it off the glass. :tongue2:
