Reef Newb, those are not T5 Bulbs, they are Power Compacts.

Yes and no. T is the diameter.

The usual reference to T5 bulbs are double ended bi-pin bulbs that are availabe as standard or HO(High Output).

65wt PCs come either in T5 or T6.
