Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone here has bought snails and/or macro from ReefCleaners.org (http://reefcleaners.org) . Their snail prices seem fantastic, and the macro selection is one of the more comprehensive I've seen.
Too good to be true?

i've ordered from them last week... I haven't recieved my products yet though (my fault i asked them to wait to ship them till i knew i was going to be home) the guy there was VERY helpful! i should be recieving everything tomorrow before lunch some time...
shipping was very reasonable as well (but we are both in FL) and i just got an email that said those pink galaxies are back in stock... he says he goes through them fast...
i'll let you know how everything turns out when i get it tomorrow... but just from the one on one help and advice i've recieved via email and just helping me out however they could it seems like its a really good company!

LOL. I just went back to their site today to shop! John Maloney was the person who responded to my first inquiry, and although they do not have Trochus snails and Scarlet hermits, he suggested a combination of Nassarius, dwarf and large Cerith and Planaxis for my tank. I've never heard of Planaxis, Maloney clains that they will clean "under" your LR, which is interesting, so I might do some research on those. He did respond to one of my questions to confirm that Nerites will climb out of a tank, so I will make sure to steer clear of those. Seemed like a good guy, and his prices are like a fraction of what other vendors are charging.
His Macro selection looks great as well. I cannot have Caulerpra out here in CA, but he has plenty of others that are also priced to move.
Let us know how it goes. You live in FL, so shipping will not take as much of a toll on the livestock as it will for me, but it will be interesting to hear about the quality of the livestock.

They also have a good amount of articles on snails and macro care. I really appreciate that they identify the oft sold yet dubious Bumble Bee and Margarita snails as "bad snails".

I think I love them....
Golden Astrea snails..... They are hardy creatures, but cannot right themselves well, and should be placed carefully into your aquarium. If you notice one got flipped over, you should act as quickly as possible to right them. Because of this we do not reccomend these snails, and think they are poor additions to your clean up crew. We only carry them because of customer demand.

I got the pink galaxies today, I ordered 4. They look pretty good, I will have to set/attach them carefully and out of flow though, they are a bit delicate. It did say that they will even turn reddish under stronger lighting, so I have some high and some low to see what happens!
macromania!!
