View Full Version : my new 180g totally redone thesaent14 05-04-2008, 02:20 PM well after my long absence from the forums do to almost being homeless because my land or was on foreclosure and for 1year and 9months paying my rent and never told me till the day the bank when knocking on my door telling me i have a few days to move out and cut my electricity for 7 days almost everything die in my tank all my fish and some of my corals die
well i to make a long story short i start it my tank in my new home this time i made everything new and with a different setup then before new sump, new skimmer , calcium reactor, kalkwasser reactor ,carbon, phos reactor, and a dinitrate reactor well stop the chatting and let me show you some pictures feel free to ask any Q?
first the tank 180g with dual overflows will have to redo the stand because my stand was setup like and island

the sump is 48L X 20W X 20H with a refugium area and a frag area which is being use for the skimmer for now until i finish my new skimmer

well i was looking at my tank today and its full of hair algae and i only had one big yellow tang so i deside it to go to the holesaler and get me some more fish i just got a few more yellow tangs 4 and hippo tang still have to diside what ells i am geting here is a pic

in other hand even with the algae i test it the water and everyting is perfect my tank is only beeing runing for a month i add it the corals tow weecks ago and i have grouth already

OK first i am having a small test here i grab some of my frags from my frag systems the ones which was not doing good and add them to my tank staring today i want to see how long they get to recuperate and how well they do in my systems design i will post pictures every week just to see how much better or worse they are doing
