Looks like bryopsys to me. IMO one of the harder nuisance algaes to get rid of.

That's what it is! I've been fighting it for about six months. Rip it out with fingers, do water changes, and possibly run a phosban reactor. I don't have the reactor but I just spent 2 hours yesterday and today ripping it and doing a general cleaning in my 135. Tomorrow I'll be doing a 30 gal water change.
Few critters eat it. I've noticed after ripping it out, my two blennys eat the new growth. Once it gets bushy and grown out their feeding on it deminshes. I have a 6" Sohal and 5" Desjardini Tangs and they pick at it now and then.
Good luck getting rid of it.

pluck it out...if it's on the glass, then use your magnetic cleaner....I was persistent with my tweezers and was able to keep the lawn mowed to a length that the tangs finally decimated it.
