Grief! They obviously don't. I sure hope they're up to date with their vaccinations. That is sort of scarey Dave. It makes one actually wonder how much man is adding to our oceans, pollution wise.

yeah, I wonder how that amount of foam ever gets broken down. I mean, eventually it probably gets washed back out in the ocean again with high tide. In our tanks, we can throw the foam down the sink, but what happens to the foam that gets washed up on shore? Does it just become part of the shore/sand/sediment again? Doesn't that all go right back into the ocean again?

The funny thing...is the story goes on to say about something (and I paraphrase) impurities in the ocean....like "Salt"

Okay...who salted the ocean.... 'fess up! *giggle*

Salt LOL! I think it is the decomposing part of the impurities that makes the foam. Hmmm?
