Just wondering how long it was before you saw results. I dosed my tank Sat night, and 24 hours later, I haven't seen much in the way of results.
Yes, I have addressed the underlying issues I believe, I just want the cyano gone.

I used Red Slime Remover when I had an outbreak that just would not quit. My fish sitter overfed and I came home to a big patch that actually killed some zoas. I had done everything you are supposed to: multiple water changes to get the nitrate back down, increased flow to the area, siphoning, you name it. So I finally tried the Red Slime Remover and that got ride of it in a few days (maybe 3?) and since I had fixed the underlying problem it never came back.

the algae is probably giving you a false reading by consuming the phosphates so the test can not detect them.

Things looked considerably better this morning before I left for work. Skimmer and carbon will be back online tonight, and I'll try to siphon out whatevers left with this water change.
