Your tank is looking good. You might want to put the powerhead on the opposite side of the tank from the return to create more chaotic, less laminar flow. What are the stock lights on your tank?

I just got my first ricordia florida a couple of months ago. I put it about 2/3 of the way down and after a week in the tank it started looking paler, like it was bleaching. I moved it all the way to the bottom of the tank and it is now back to the purple color it was. I don't know if this was a case of too much light, it didn't like the flow, or just what the reason was but it is happier now.
