Hello All,

After acquiring funding for the project, Gregson Lodge at the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville) is ready to install a larger saltwater aquarium setup within it's walls. This aquarium would serve as an academic focal point to the residents of Gregson Hall and would give college students an opportunity to study and enjoy marine organisms when they would not normally get to. As project coordinator and caretaker, I will be directly responsible for purchasing and assembling the aquarium.

We are looking for a used large aquarium setup (90+ gallons) complete with rock, equipment, and livestock if possible. Because the target audience will not be avid reefers like you and I the "Gregson Hall Aquarium" will be a FOWLR and possibly some low light/low maintenance corals. I would like to avoid full blown reef setups due to the increased cost and difficulty of upkeep. (Perhaps I can work out a deal for those of you that offer full reef tanks - perhaps the whole setup without corals?) Those with applicable equipment (tank, skimmer, etc.) are welcome to offer. Basically my goal is to assemble a affordable large FOWLR/low light coral setup without having to buy a lot of equipment new.

The catch? If you are offering a full setup you must be withing reasonable driving distance from Fayetteville, AR (72701). If we purchase your setup we will come with a UHaul and move the aquarium and equipment ourselves.

So, if you are getting out of the hobby or have a spare tank/equipment for sale let me know! This is a great opportunity to sell your aquarium to a great cause!
