Ok people, looking to break in to the nano world. I need some help, all I am seeing after reading forums is the problems people are having with their all in ones and successes. I still am planning on moving forward but I want to make sure that I move in the right direction. I am leaning towards a JBJ unit because of the lighting upgrades that can be done, however I recently saw a Red Sea Max at my LFS and was very impressed with the build. Any ideas, pros, cons, enlightenment would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a JBJ 12 DX that I am very happy with. There are some simple modifications available for it as well as the sapphire skimmer that is designed to fit in one of the filtration chambers.

I have not had any problems with it at all.

I have a NanoCube 24 and I am happy with it. I saw the Red Sea Max at MACNA and thought it was nice. I was very impressed with the finnex-web (http://www.finnex.net/newlayout/php/client/home.php) tanks. If I was getting another that is probably what I would buy.
